Nehru Science Centre (NSC) is the largest interactive science centre in India. It is located in Worli, Mumbai. The centre is named after India's first Prime Minister, Jawaharlal Nehru. In 1977, the centre started with the 'Light and Sight' exhibition, and then in 1979, a Science Park was built. On 11 November 1985, it was opened to the public by Rajiv Gandhi, the then Prime Minister of India.
Nehru Science Centre, the largest Science Centre in the country has a sprawling 8 acres (32,000 m2) of science park with varieties of plants, trees, and shrubs. More than 500 hands-on and interactive science exhibits on energy, sound, kinematics, mechanics, transport, etc are installed in the park. The NSC building, with its unique architecture, houses several permanent science expositions on the various themes.
Mumbai is hot most of the year, and Nehru science centre is situated in Worli in the middle of Mumbai, which is also very close to the sea.

There is an exhibition hall at the Nehru Science Centre. The size of this hall is 8,784 sq feet, and there, they had installed 40 walls mounted fans. But these 40 fans were unable to reduce the heat. So they decided to remove 40 wall mounted fans and put HVLS fans.
However, the ceiling is dome-shaped. Except for Falco eMotors, no company in India has a solution to install the HVLS fans. Nehru Science contacted Falco and requested a solution. Upon their request, Falco's design team surveyed the site. Falco installed three fans of 14-feet diameter with the Epoch 2.0 motor platform.

Conclusion
Falco eMotors is the only HVLS Fans Manufacturing Company, which has managed to get HVLS fans into the halls with such dome-shaped roofing. With the removal of 40 wall mounted fans and installing Epoch 2.0 14 ft/03 HVLS fans, Nehru Science Centre has started saving $3,179.15 per year and airflow is more than doubled.
