Do I pay import duties or customs fees?

No. We ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Epoch pays US import duties and customs fees, and ocean freight is free.

How long does delivery take?

Fans ship by ocean from our manufacturing facility. Typical delivery is 45–60 business days from order. Ask us about stock availability for faster projects.

What size fan do I need?

As a rule of thumb, one 24 ft fan covers about 30,000 sq ft, depending on ceiling height and obstructions. Send us your floor plan for a free layout.

Are Epoch fans certified?

Yes. Epoch fans are ETL Listed by Intertek, Control No. 5014289.

What is the warranty?

15 years mechanical and 7 years electrical on Epoch direct-drive fans.

Can you help with installation?

Yes. Installation guides and mounting drawings are available for every model, and our engineers will support your electrician by phone or email.
